Booking
- Check-in 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out 11:00 a.m.
- Early check-in and late check-out available
- Two-night minimum for in-season weekends
- Pricing varies by date, season, and guest count
- Housekeeping fee of $350
House Policies
- Booking guest must be at least 23
- Maximum occupancy of twelve
- No parties
- No smoking or vaping, inside or out
- No candles or open flame
- Quiet hours 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- No moving art or furniture
- No glitter or tape
- No pets
- Complete cancellation and booking terms are provided in the booking agreement
- The home spans three floors connected by original 1855 staircases and is best suited to guests comfortable with stairs
- The historic floors and antique hardware ask for care, so we don't recommend the house for very young children
